Yes! We would be happy to offer virtual meetings and virtual tours inside our Noble Place Residences. what is a townhome-style condo?
In North Carolina, the word "condominium" refers ONLY to the ownership style of the property. These residences have condo ownership, but live like townhomes, due to the architectural design and layout. You are living in a townhome-style residence, rather than an apartment-style condo. However, you only own the property, the land is owned by all property owners as joint tenants.
How much is the HOA?
The HOA at Noble Place Townhomes is $300/month. The HOA covers all exterior maintenance and lawn care, offering you a low-maintenance, lock & leave lifestyle, without any outdoor chores and freedom to travel.
what is included in the hoa?
Maintenance, repairs, improvements, and insurance of common areas including any exterior walkways, landscaped areas, patios, sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutter, fences, retaining walls, conduits, storm drains, utility lines, lighting, private streets, parking areas, paving, building exteriors, including foundations, roofs, columns, girders, beams, supports, exterior and interior load- bearing walls, floors within and between Units, and all other structural elements of the Buildings, reserve funds for future major repairs, sewer & water
